Refund policy

We want you to love your art. If something is not right, here is how returns work at Funky Cowtown.

Originals

Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less return shipping. The piece must arrive back in its original condition and packaging. Because each original is one-of-a-kind, we ask that you pack it carefully, as you are responsible for any damage that happens on the return trip.

Prints

Prints are produced to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on prints for change of mind or size selection. Please double-check your size on the product page before ordering. If a print arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge, see below.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at gerry@schwarz-hanson.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order prints, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return except in the case of damage or our error.
