Products and pricing
Every original painting is a one-of-a-kind work and is sold only once. Prints are produced to order on archival paper in the sizes shown on each product page. We do our best to display colors accurately, but the actual artwork may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen due to monitor differences and the handmade nature of the work. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns
Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, text, and designs on this site are the property of Gerald Schwarz and Funky Cowtown and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a piece grants you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer any reproduction, resale, or commercial rights.
